Shandong Lunan New Materials Co., Ltd. held a "self-evaluation" exam

In accordance with the "Work Rules for Autonomous Evaluation and Assessment of Enterprise Skill Talents in Shandong Province", and to earnestly implement the "Detailed

 Rules for the Implementation of Vocational Skills Enhancement Training for Enterprise Employees in Linyi City (Trial)", to accelerate the pace of talent team building in the company, realize the "Skill-Strong Enterprise" strategy, increase the number of skilled talents, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, with the approval of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shandong Lunan New Materials Co., Ltd. held an autonomous evaluation and assessment for Papermakers (Level 3) on the morning of August 8th. A total of 52 employees signed up for this assessment. 

Self-assessment focuses on evaluating the essential theoretical knowledge and operational skills related to the profession and position. It assesses the practical working abilities of skilled personnel in following operating procedures, solving production problems, and completing tasks. It also examines whether skilled personnel abide by national laws and regulations and enterprise rules, and whether they uphold integrity, are upright and enterprising, dedicated and focused, strive for excellence, are innovative and pragmatic, and work collaboratively. 

The assessment mainly consists of two parts: theoretical knowledge examination and practical operation skills test for papermakers. Employees who score over 60 points in both examinations will be awarded a nationally recognized vocational skill level certificate after review by the county's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and will also receive a one-time talent subsidy of 2,000 yuan.
